Four-in-Hand Knot
Start: Place the wide end on the right side of you and let the narrow end hang about 12 inches below the narrow end which is on your left side.
Cross: Place the wide end of the tie across the narrow end bringing it across the neckline to form an X.
Loop: Pass window widest part under the narrowest part and move it back to the right side of the car.
Wrap: Pass the wide end over the end of the knot from right side towards the left side.
Up Through the Neck Loop: Slide the wide end of the mask through the neck loop from the bottom of the garment.
Tuck: Slide the end of the fabric where it is wider through the loop formed by the knot in front.
Tighten: Use the narrow end and move about for changing the tightness of this knot. Re-adjust the knot and place it in a position where it is right under the collar.
